I spent over 20 years at CEMEX UK — one of the UK's largest building materials businesses — working across customer services, logistics, transport coordination, and Learning & Development.

In my last role I was the operational backbone for a national L&D function covering 2,000+ employees. That meant coordinating training programmes, managing stakeholders across 50+ sites, building Power BI dashboards and reporting systems, running national events and wellness initiatives, and making sense of data that nobody else wanted to deal with.

I'm based in the UK, work fully remotely, and am available on an async basis — which means I fit around your working day, not the other way around.
